Blijf fysiek fit en sluit aan bij Bewegen op en rond de stoel, onze wekelijkse activiteit onder begeleiding van buurtsportcoach Kim!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens de lessen werken we op muziek aan jouw kracht, balans en co\u00f6rdinatie. Je kunt de oefeningen zowel zittend als staand achter de stoel uitvoeren \u2013 je kiest zelf wat voor jou prettig is. Bovendien doen we ook een groepsspel dat wekelijks varieert. De ene keer gooien we met pittenzakjes, de andere keer spelen we ballonvolleybal, paaltjesvoetbal of een ander spel. Daarnaast staat de les eens per maand in het teken van hersengymnastiek. Hierbij combineren we fysieke bewegingen met denkoefeningen om zowel je lichaam als je brein actief te houden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kom ontdekken hoe fijn en gezellig bewegen kan zijn!
